Being on time to your scheduled appointment is essential to providing the best possible service. I allot 30 mins per hair cut service. I know unexpected things happen but, please let me know if you will be running a few mins behind. More than 10 mins must be rescheduled, NO EXCEPTIONS. 24 hour cancellation or reschedule is preferred. $25 no show fee will be implemented without a minimum 2 hour notice. (*If you are a new client, please schedule the new client only service to allot additional time. Parents, if booking for child, please book the appointment under the child’s name). Thank you! 🙏🏼❤️
